After choosing the product, choose the perfect size and colour, then if you are ready to order, click "Add to cart." Then proceed with your personal details and your booking details, then choose Paypal or Master / Visa / American express cards for the complete checkout process.

How can you let me know if my order has been dispatched?

You will get a notification mail from the Ashva team ensuring your product's shipment details.

Where is my order confirmation?

We will send you an order confirmation email just after you place an order from our site. You can check your mail to get the confirmation.

How do I return an item?

We understand that you may occasionally want to return an unsuitable product. We will be happy to help you select a replacement or offer a full refund if required and within our Terms and Conditions.

Returning Process: You can return any product to us within 30 days from the date of purchase, but the products need to be in their original condition, unused and with all labels and in their original packaging.

You must explain the problem by attaching images of the fault of that particular product and can reach us in which way you can. We will try out best to exchange or refund you in the shortest time possible. Please keep in mind that leather is a natural raw material, and it may have marks due to the natural property of leather.

Do you sell other brands than Ashva?

No. Only products of Ashva are available here, which have been created for riders. We are very passionate about our design and quality at an affordable price and be assured, we have obviously tested the products!!

I would like to purchase a product of yours, but it is currently out of stock, When will it be back in stock?

We have different restocking dates based on our batch production. So it depends on which product you want to get. The best way to get notified is to check our restock notifications or send us an email. We will notify you when the particular product is available.

Do you have a store? 

Unfortunately, right now, we do not have any physical stores. We are available online at the moment. If you need any help with the sizing of any item or any additional advice, please do not hesitate to reach us.
